Bill Reporting Services

GQ-AAS has developed an online reporting system designed to meet industry demand for a flexible and cost effective bill management solution.
GQ-AAS Reporting Services is capable of processing electronic carrier billing records in many carrier proprietary formats which facilitates assurance over the accuracy of the billing, maintains a central inventory repository and provides management information around a corporation’s telecommunications spend and assets.

GQ-AAS Reporting Services offers a fully outsourced approach to telecommunications bill management and service inventory accounting that negates the requirement for enterprises to purchase in house software solutions and employ and train specialised staff to operate these systems. GQ-AAS Reporting Services also readily integrates with proprietary ERP systems including Oracle and SAP which enables organisations to leverage the considerable investment already made in these solutions and ‘bolt on’ additional functionality offered by GQ-AAS Reporting Services rather than duplicate existing ERP functionality.

The processing and administration of telecom services is typically distributed across the enterprise to Telecom and IT managers. GQ-AAS Reporting Services allows a traditional decentralised approach to be easily centralised and rationalised by providing a single source for all forms of billing and inventory management.

A Solution to Total Telecoms Cost Management

GQ-AAS Reporting Services provides an end to end solution to total telecoms cost management as depicted below.
