Former NASA Director of Astrophysics to visit Australia and deliver workshops for high performing leaders and teams

UXC Consulting is bringing Dr. Charles Pellerin to Australia to workshop his 4-D system with an exclusive business and government audience in March 2012.

One-day workshops are being led by Dr. Pellerin in Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra to guide organisations in the use of the 4-D system to build high performing leaders and teams.

The 4-D system is used extensively by NASA to enhance the performance of its teams and their effectiveness in mission critical environments. Created by Dr. Charles Pellerin, NASA’s former director of Astrophysics and leader of the teams that built the Hubble Space Telescope, and author of ‘How NASA builds teams’, the 4-D system is a 360 degree leadership assessment model that measures eight key behaviours, and is supported by framework to develop high performance leaders and teams.

Development of these key behaviours by employing the 4-D system has been instrumental in driving higher performance in many organisations around the globe, including Boeing, China Aerospace, Raytheon and Lockheed-Martin. The 4-D system offers a different approach to existing leadership systems providing business with a framework of fast actionable data, development options and re-measurement to prove the difference.
